The Broncos used a 9-0 run to begin the third quarter to take control and beat the Mossyrock Vikings 69-60, giving the Broncos fourth place in the State 2B tournament at the Arena.
Mossyrock gave up 22 offensive rebounds to the Broncos, who converted for 14 second chance points. The Broncos won the rebounding battle 43-33 overall.
Tyler Frederick led the Broncos with 14 points and nine rebounds, Connor O'Neil had 13 and Ryan Whitmore tied with Dylan Hartz for 12 points.
Kyler Hazen led all scorers with 17 points, shooting 7 of 13 from the field for the Vikings.
With the loss, Mossyrock claimed sixth place in the tournament.
