With 2.5 seconds left, Jesse Leuenberger hit two free throws for his only points of the game, giving the Bear Creek Grizzlies a four-point lead as they beat the Northwest Christian Crusaders 57-53 at the Arena.

Luke Blankenbeckler scored a game-high 16 points, including three 3-pointers, for the Grizzlies, who nursed a narrow lead for the entire second half.

Jonatan Morris, Jeremiah Sander and Curtis Hartis scored 12 apiece for the losing Crusaders, with Sander also recording eight rebounds.

The Grizzlies shot 50 percent from the field in the win.
