Summary

The Wildcats earned a ticket to the state tournament in Boise with a 52-45 win over the Tigers at North Idaho College, behind a team-high 18 points from P.J. Colburn. Keegan Scott did all he could to keep Timberlake close in the fourth quarter with 24 points overall, but Kellogg was clutch from the free-throw line, going 8 for 11 in the final period, and they were able to hold the Tigers off. Timberlake will go home to play Bonners Ferry on Thursday with their last chance to make it to state on the line.
