Summary

Treasure Farmer led a balanced effort from Northwest Christian as the Crusaders got past Pullman 45-41 on Monday at the Greg Larson Memorial Winter Classic in Freeman.

Farmer tallied a team-high 10 points for NWC (9-0) and also grabbed eight rebounds. She was involved in the play of the night, as she drove and then dished to teammate Melissa Guske for a 3-pointer to give the Crusaders a four-point lead in the final minute. Guske and Rachel Bozlee both finished with nine points, while Courtney Gray contributed eight points and 10 boards.

Emily Drake netted a game-high 13 points for the Greyhounds (3-4), while Savannah Paul had six points and 13 rebounds.

NWC will face off Tuesday against St. George's, who defeated host Freeman. Pullman will play the Scotties.
