Summary

Central Valley hit four homeruns in the top of the first inning in a Greater Spokane League quarterfinal playoff victory over host Lewis and Clark.

Makenna Wasteney batted 2 for 3, hit one of the homeruns, and did not allow any walks in pitching the Bears to victory.

Lewis and Clark was led by Sage Scheiwiller and Kim Ward who were both 2 for 3 at the plate, and Jessica Albinson who went 2 for 4. The Tigers were eliminated with the loss. Central Valley will play a semifinal game at top-seeded University Tuesday at 4:00.
