Summary

Brianna Smith grand slam highlighted a 7-run seventh inning and visiting Lewis and Clark went on to defeat Mt. Spokane 14-9 in a Greater Spokane League slowpitch game on Monday.

Of the 10 LC players who batted, seven had at least two hits as the Tigers piled up 21 hits.

Trailing 14-4 in the seventh inning, Mt. Spokane took advantage of two LC errors to score five runs. Taylor Smith went 3 for 4 with an RBI and two runs scored for the Wildcats.

Brianna Smith, who earlier in the season had a grand slam and five RBIs in a game against Mt. Spokane, drove in five runs again.
