Summary

In game 2 of a Greater Spokane League doubleheader, Michelle Strauss picked up where she left off in game one, as Ferris defeated Gonzaga Prep 12-7.

Strauss was 3 for 3 at the plate with a homerun, and was aided by teammate Meg Perry, who batted 3 for 4 while driving in two runs.

Gonzaga Prep received a homerun and four RBIs from Nia Whitfield. Emily Welch contributed three hits for the Bullpups with two runs scored.
