Summary

In game two of a Greater Spokane League doubleheader, Mead piled up six runs in the first two innings to complete the sweep of Central Valley 8-4.

Ashlyn Bocook was 2 for 3 at the plate with a homerun and three runs batted in for Mead, and teammate Macey Gonzales was perfect at the plate, going 3 for 3 with an RBI and two runs scored.

Carli Riordan, of Central Valley batted 3 for 4 with a double, and went deep with a solo shot for her sixth homerun of the year. Shayden Clark also contributed three hits on three at bats for the Bears with a double.
