Summary

Mt. Spokane opened the second inning on four straight singles, racking up five runs on six hits in the frame, which proved to be enough as the Wildcats held off visiting Shadle Park for a Greater Spokane League victory on a wind-blown afternoon.

Taylor Smith was 3 for 3 for Mt. Spokane, driving in a run in the pivotal second inning. Micah Hendrickson, 2 for 3, also drove in a run and scored in the second for the Wildcats.
