Summary

Led by the unrelenting will of Sarah Ott, the Crusaders overcame an early 10-point deficit and rallied to beat the Chitwhins in a girls 1B consolation game Friday at the Spokane Arena.

Shoreline Christian found itself in a 13-3 hole early in the first quarter, but kept its cool and fought back into it.

Ott scored 21 first-half points and finished with 31 for the game. She made 11 of 23 shots, including 3 of 5 3-pointers. She also had eight of the Crusaders' 18 fourth-quarter points.

Laura James and Dramikha Skarr combined for 31 points to lead Taholah.

Bella Hermesch added 21 points for Shoreline Christian, which will play St. John-Endicott on Saturday for fourth/sixth place.
