St. John-Endicott seized control from the opening tip and ran past Yakama Tribal in a girls 1B loser-out game Friday at the Spokane Arena.

Gretchen Van Lith made 9 of 16 shots and finished with 20 points and six rebounds for St. John-Endicott. Rachel Gfeller added 13 points and nine boards for the Eagles.
