Ashley Kelly hit a running jump shot in the key to break a 31-31 tie with 1:00 remaining and preserve a first-round victory for the Timberwolves.

Timberwolves guard Lina Hieronymi was fouled and made two free throws with 21.9 seconds left to put Morton-White Pass up by four and the Irish were unable to covert on their next trip down the floor.

Kelly and fellow guard Whitney Elledge led the Timberwolves with 12 points each. Hieronymi had 11 points and led all players with eight rebounds. Teresa Acock and Molli Lesko each had eight points for the Irish.
