Summary

After Richland converted a 35 foot shot at the buzzer in regulation, two free throws made the difference in overtime as Ferris defeated the visiting Bombers in a nonleague game.

Hailey Turner recorded a double-double with 17 boards and 13 points to lead the Bombers. Kaley Lenhart made one of the crucial overtime free throws while finishing with 20 points to lead the Saxons (2-2). Bria Bowton converted the other overtime shot from the line. Ferris will return to Greater Spokane League play on Tuesday at 7 p.m. at Lewis and Clark.
