Summary

Brianna King's 3-pointer rimmed out at the buzzer, and East Valley survived at home against North Central to win 60-58. Taylor Morscheck, who scored 13 points with 11 rebounds, made a layup to put the Knights up by two in the final seconds after Elle Burland tied the game up with two free throws. King posted 29 points and 7 rebounds, shooting 9-15 from the field and 6-8 from the 3-point line for the Indians, but East Valley's balanced scoring attack was enough for the Knights to hold on at the end. Alex Rankin put up 18 points in 10 minutes before fouling out.
