Summary

Mt. Spokane defeated North Central 40-31 in GSL league play at North Central. Mt. Spokane had a slow start, trailing 13-6 at the end of the first quarter, but the Wildcats roared back in the second quarter outscoring the Indians 17-3 in the frame. The comeback was fueled by both poor shooting from North Central and strong rebounding from Mt. Spokane. The Wildcats won the rebound battle 42-28, but especially with offensive rebounds where they dominated 28-8.

Megan Nilsson led Mt. Spokane ten rebounds and added eight points. Megan Murphy finished just shy of a double-double, grabbing nine rebounds to go with her ten points for the Indians.
