Trevor Wagenaar poured in 33 points and the Knights dominated from the outset in route to a win over the Kings. The win gave Sunnyside Christian fourth place, while Muckleshoot took sixth.
Wagenaar shot 13 of 22 from the field, including 7 of 7 from the free-throw line.
The Kings couldn’t keep up in the first half. Muckleshoot made just 2 of its 25 shots in the first two quarters and trailed by 26 points at halftime.
Brandon Broersma added 10 points and a game-high 10 rebounds for the Knights. Muckleshoot was led by Ryan Oldman’s 12 points.
Sunnyside Christian won four of the last five 1B titles prior to this year.
