Summary

The Wildcats built a comfortable first-half lead and held on in the second half to beat the Warriors in the first semifinal.

The win sends Colton to its fifth consecutive state title game. The Wildcats have won the past three 1B championships.

Almira/Coulee-Hartline cut Colton’s nine-point first-half lead to four points late in the fourth, but the Warriors couldn’t come any closer.

Paige Vincent had 13 points and six rebounds and Haley Moser added 13 points for Colton. ACH was led by Kodi Noggles 16 points and 10 rebounds.

The Warriors will play for third place Saturday at 1 p.m.
