Briana Monaghan went 4 of 9 from the field and 6 of 8 from the free throw line to finish with 16 points, Jada Desautel added 15 points and five rebounds and the Lake Roosevelt Raiders (20-9) outscored Darrington (24-4) 35-20 in the second half to win the third-place game of the State 2B tournament 59-50.
The Loggers, led by 16 points from Renee Cousins and 12 points and five boards from Jessica Brooks, opened up a six-point halftime lead, closing the second quarter on a 13-1 scoring run.
Lake Roosevelt answered back, though, holding Darrington to just five points in the third period and building a five-point advantage behind Desautel, who scored 10 points in the second half, and Dominique Pleasants. Pleasants had just three points in the opening half, but scored seven more in the second.
The Raiders built their biggest lead of the day in the final frame, scoring 19 points in the last eight minutes. They went 8 of 21 from 3-point range for the game, scoring 24 of their 59 points from beyond the arc.
Darrington won the rebounding battle, 33-23, but struggled in the second half, shooting just 4 of 18 from the field at a rate of 22.2 percent.
