Summary

Drexler Doherty scored 17 of his 23 points in the second half and hit a free throw with 7.7 seconds remaining to help clinch the win for the Red Devils against the Wildcats.

Doherty's two 3-pointers in the third quarter capped an 18-point period to give Neah Bay the lead at 46-44. The Devils would not trail again, despite several ties by Colton.

After struggling in the third quarter, Colton's Dustin Patchen showed up in a big way in the fourth quarter, tallying 11 of his 31 points in the final frame to keep the Wildcats close. Patchen added 16 rebounds and four blocked shots. Josh Straughan added 16 points for the Wildcats, but had his go-ahead 3-point attempt miss wide.

Zeke Greene added 11 points and seven rebounds for Neah Bay, which will play for the state title against Sunnyside Christian. Colton will play ACH in the third-place game.
