Summary

Brandon Gfeller hit two free throws with 9.2 seconds remaining to push the Colfax Bulldogs' (23-3) lead to four, securing their win over the Adna Pirates (22-4).

The Pirates trailed by six going into the fourth quarter, but cut the deficit to two points at 43-41 with a little more than a minute remaining. After trading empty possessions, Colfax's J.J. Robinson poked the ball loose from Coulsen Kohler and Justin Berarducci stole the ball with 17 seconds left.

Gfeller went 5 of 6 from the free throw line in the game as the Bulldogs, who did not attempt a free throw in the first half, went 10 of 12 from the line in the final two quarters. Adna's Nate Trotter led all scorers with 15 points and added 11 rebounds in the loss.
