St. Regis Hotel

The historic St. Regis Hotel, built in 1907, offered first-class lodging in a booming western city. The Onion Bar & Grill introduced Spokane to the gourmet burger in 1978, and has been a virtual dining instution ever since. Check out the bar. It came to Spokane in 1910 from Chicago and spent part of its life in the former Court Saloon next to the county Courthouse. Also inside is a 1937 Harley-Davidson motorcycle. Many of the offerings are sourced from local and regional producers.
