Sister Cities dedication ceremony
The Sister Cities Association of Spokane dedicates the Cagli, Italy sister city Teatro and Torrione monument along with the Kokanee statue representing Spokane during a ceremony, Saturday, Sept. 18, 2021, at the Connections Garden in Riverfront Park.
