Carson Jeffres, center, was 8 in 1989 when he caught this 26-pound 1-ounce rainbow with Dave Devries and his son, Thys, at Lake Pend Oreille. The photo is framed with the fly that duped the fish and the 25-Pounder Club patch awarded by the Lake Pend Oreille Idaho Club and displayed with the mounted fish.
