'Eight Minutes to Ageless' by Dr. Kelli Pearson
Longtime Spokane chiropractor Dr. Kelli Pearson gets frustrated if she sees new clients who have needlessly aged in their bodies and lack movement because she knows a few short minimal daily moves can keep people living better in their bodies longer well into later decades of life. So she wrote a book with quick wellness approaches and minimal steps: “Eight Minutes to Ageless: The Manual on Maturing That You’ve Never Read - But It’s Not Too Late.”
