Haggerty’s Happy Hens

Haggerty’s Happy Hens offers local free range eggs. They have 2,400 chickens who went into an early molting season so their egg prodcution was reduced during peak season. This year they started producing large amounts of eggs early in March up from about 2 dozen a day to 65 dozen a day. The farm picked up a bunch of new markets to sell to and also have been selling to local restaurants in smaller quantities because with COVID restaurants can't use the flats of eggs they normally buy- in other words COVID has been great for their business.
