
Evicted during COVID-19 pandemic
KaylaJoe Chapman Davis’s eviction came a day before Govenor Jay Inslee declared a 30-day moratorium on evictions because of failure to pay rent and 20 day notices. That order likely would have not changed her eviction because it was for conduct, not failure to pay rent.
