
Kobe Bryant (1978-2020)
Kobe Bryant dies in helicopter crash in Southern California. Eight others, including his 13-year-old daughter Gianna, died in the crash. Bryant played 20 seasons with the Los Angeles Lakers and was an 18-time All-Star and led his team to two NBA championships in his career. He retired in 2016.
