
Impeachment opinions around Spokane
If you believejb.tm the polls, Americans are divided on the impeachment trial of President Donald Trump. But polls aren’t the only way to gauge opinions. There’s also a more old-fashioned method: heading out and asking people you meet what they think. So that’s what The Spokesman-Review did on Friday: sent reporters to numerous locations around Spokane to gather the opinions of a wide varies of locals on impeachment.

Bill Belton of Spokane has been watching multiple hours of the impeachment trial each day, he said over lunch at Ferguson’s Cafe on Friday. Belton said he believed Democrats had made a good argument that Trump shoud be removed from office in order to prevent further complications with the 2020 election.
