
Urban Eden Farm
With the farmers market season just around the corner, organizers in the Spokane area plan to open with new safety guidelines to prepare for a possible expansion of the stay-at-home order. There will be half as many vendors because those who don’t offer food services will not be considered essential if restrictions continue, said Rob Allen, board president of the Inland Northwest Farmers Market Association.
