'Eat Now, Pay Later Bagel Loan'
River City Kitchen, owned by Clay Cerna, has pitched in to the Spokane food scene's COVID-19 relief with bagels priced at 50% for customers, as well as a "bagel loan" for those who cannot afford the product at the moment. And for businesses, he has offered free space in the industrial downtown kitchen through June.
