Higgins Point Overlook unveiled
The city of Spokane Parks & Recreation hosted an unveiling for the Higgins Point Overlook on Oct. 17, 2019, named in honor of Don Higgins who served the West Central Community Center over three decades. Friends and family of Higgins and community leaders shared about Higgins influence and contributions to the community as Higgins listened.
