High Tide Lobster Bar
Chad White, of "Top Chef" and Zona Blanca fame, has opened a new seafood lunch counter in the Skywalk level in downtown Spokane. High Tide Lobster Bar specializes in lobster rolls, surf and turf dishes and chowder.
