Farewell to the old Mead Middle School

The Mead School District is holding an event to bid farewell to the old Mead Middle School.

Dale Preedy, right, and his older brother Ernie, reminise about their time at Mead Middle School when it was a high school, Thursday, June 20, 2019, during a farewell open house at the old school in Mead. The elder graduated in 1949, the younger in 1954. The school converted to a middle school in the fall of 1971. A new sports complex is planned at the school site after the building is demolished.
