Snowy New Year's Eve 2019

Temperatures are expected to warm up throughout Tuesday morning with a wet snowfall turning into rain. Officially, Spokane saw about an inch of snow as of 4 a.m., but National Weather Service meteorologist Robin Fox estimated three to four inches had blanketed the Spokane area by 7:30 a.m.
