At David's Pizza Tuesday night, Ben Stuckart, council president and candidate for Spokane Mayor, speaks to supporters after early results show he will go up against former television news anchor Nadine Woodward in the general election this November. The initial vote counts released Tuesday night showed Woodward with 42.27% of the vote and Stuckart with 37.18%.
