The $7.1 miilion, 5-month road construction project re-opened to motorists, Thursday, Sept. 6, 2018, in Spokane, Wash. The project included a "road diet"-slimming down from 5 lanes to 3, new curbs, sidewalks, streets landscaping, benches and bus stations, lights and more.
