Warren Heylman home demolished
A home designed by Warren Heylman, best known for the Parkade, has been demolished. The home, 1207 E. 54th Ave., used to border Manito Country Club.

On the southern edge of Manito Golf and Country Club, one of Spokane’s most important mid-century homes was demolished to make way for a modern residence. The home was designed by architect Warren Heylman, best-known for the Parkade in downtown Spokane.

Heylman left his modernist stamp on Spokane as he designed several important Spokane buildings, a handful of houses and some businesses in his career.
