Jazzercise lives on
Jazzercise, which in 2019 turns 50 years old, lives on in the age of Zumba and Crossfit, and through several regional centers in the Spokane area. Don't expect leggings or headbands, though, as both the program and coreograhpy have moved on with the times. The exercise program remains popular with its cardio-and-strength exercise workout, simple dance patterns and Hitlist tunes.
