Spokane Marshallese
The four-year graduation rate for Native Hawaiian/Other Pacific Islander was 51.4 percent in 2016. In an effort to address cultural differences for Marshalles students, Spokane Public Schools received a five-year grant from from the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction to study Asian American Pacific Islander English Learners. The grant provides the district with a total of $225,000 to collect data on the Asian American Pacific Islander English Learner populations.
