Fruitland fire damage a year later

In one devastating August weekend, the Lorne and Amber Brunson lost nearly everything they had worked for in their 10 years in Fruitland. The Brunsons stood in the burned-out remains of their farm, surveying 20 acres of charred trees. Their garden, where they grew most of the food they ate, was choked with weeds.
