LOS ANGELES – Przemek Karnowski missed the Arizona game last year. The big man was sidelined for all but five games with a back injury that derailed his season and threatened his playing career. Roughly one year later, Karnowski worked over Arizona’s interior defenders, scoring 18 points to lead the eighth-ranked Zags to a 69-62 victory Saturday over No. 16 Arizona at the Staples Center.
