The memorial service for longtime Coeur d'Alene resident Patty Duke, an Academy Award-winning actress, author and mental health advocate, was held Saturday, April 16, 2016, in Coeur d'Alene. Hundreds gathered at Lake City Church to pay their respects to Duke, who died March 29 at 69.
