A yearlong investigation into drug dealing in Bonner County led to the indictments of 24 people, including 5 members of the Hermanos outlaw motorcycle gang.

Paul Leslie Spencer is considered a "hang around" of the Hermanos motorcycle gang but is not a patched member. He is wanted on five counts of delivery of methamphetamine.
