Nikolay and Maria Yefremov
Nikolay and Maria Yefremov moved to Spokane from their native Ukraine 18 years ago. Persecuted for their faith in their homeland, the couple endured adversity and horror during Josef Stalin's reign, World War II and the years after. They've been married 70 years.
