An explosive and chemical expert arrives to investigate a suspicious letter received at the U.S. embassy in Madrid, Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2008. The U.S. Embassy said it received a suspicious envelope Wednesday but Spanish police said they believed it was a hoax. U.S. Embassy spokesman William Ostick said the letter resembled others sent Tuesday to other U.S. embassies in Europe, several of which turned out to contain flour.
