Served as the first head of Gynecology Department at the Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center, 2016-2021. Ran a solo private practice in Dallas, Texas, 2004 - 2006. Worked in group private practice in Dallas, 1991-2004

Political experience: Current precinct committee officer, Democratic chair of 6th Legislative District, and Democratic State Committee Member.
