Education: Graduated from North Kitsap High School in 2001. Attended Eastern Washington University, studied journalism and government, finishing bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies.

Work experience: Has worked at Planned Parenthood of Greater Washington and North Idaho, 2015 to current; vice president of public affairs, now transitioning to educator. Past work experience includes Eastern Washington director for YWCA Youth and Government, legislative assistant to state Sen. Andy Billig and legislative assistant to former Spokane City Councilman Jon Snyder. Co-founded Down To Earth, an environmental advocacy and sustainability news blog that was published by The Spokesman-Review. Worked maintenance at the City of Spokane Parks Department. Education: Ferris High School class of 1999. Graduated from Gonzaga University with a bachelor’s degree in sociology and a teaching certificate in 2003. She earned a master of Education in literacy from Gonzaga in 2007.

Work experience: Worked for nine years as a classroom teacher in various schools for the Spokane Public Schools from 2005 through 2012. Helped start the nonprofit Bite2-Go, which feeds local children when they are not in school. Founder and owner of Executive Function Coaching, LLC, working with individuals with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder and other neurodiverse diagnoses. Worked with the local nonprofit At the Core from 2012-2014, first as a volunteer and then as a program coordinator. Served as Manito Cooperative Preschool board president from 2015-2016.

Political experience: Ran unsuccessfully for Spokane School Board in 2019.

Family: Married to Tom Treloar. Has two young children.

Political donations: Reported raising more than $149,200 as of Oct. 6, with maxed-out donations from numerous businesses, including Spokane Hardware Supply, downtown business owners such as Sheldon Jackson, and real estate interests, including the Spokane Association of Realtors.
