Political background: Ran for Idaho House District 3 in 2014. Trustee with Idaho Business for Education; represents Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association to Coeur d’Alene Airport Advisory Board; past Kootenai County Planning and Zoning commissioner.

Work experience: Has worked for Avista for 38 years, starting as a gas crewman digging ditches. Held various management positions; director of operations for the East region since 2010.

Family: Married, two adult children and two grandchildren.
