Why do I have to login to access this product?

All subscribers have unlimited access to our digital products (Spokesman.com, both our e-Editions, and our app). To ensure only subscribers are accessing these products, we require login authentication from an activated account. Activating your account not only grants you this unlimited access, but it also gives you access to easily manage your account online.

What if I access the e-Edition via the daily email? Do I have to login every time?

If you access the e-Edition via the daily email, you should only be asked to login once. After which our system will do an auto-check to bypass login moving forward.

Do I have to login every time I use the app?

No, you should only have to login once.

What if I can't remember my password?

To reset your password, visit myaccount.spokesman.com and click the blue LOGIN button. In the pop-up box, there should be an option to reset your password.

What if I don't know which email is used for my login credentials?

Please email us at circ@spokesman.com and we will assist you with locating your primary account email address.

What if I don't have a subscription?

Only subscribers have unlimited access to our digital products. Please visit checkout.spokesman.com if you would like to start a new subscription.

I have a subscription, but I haven't activated my digital access. How do I do that?

To activate your account, please visit myaccount.spokesman.com and click the blue ACTIVATE button. This will prompt you to register an email address and create a password. After your credentials are made, you will be promoted to provide information about your subscription account to complete activation. It is recommended that you know the account number and Last Name of the account holder. If you need help retrieving this information, please email us at circ@spokesman.com.
