Spokane opposes Comcast's request to deregulate, Comcast's request to FCC

The City of Spokane's brief opposing Comcast's request to the Federal Communications Commission that asks to be released from having to follow certain rules governing the rates of basic cable. Comcast argues that competition from satellite services has reached a level within the city that allows Comcast to be released from having to follow the rate rules. The city argues that Comcast miscalculated. Included in these pages is Comcast's request to the FCC.
